Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our hot sauces and food products, we cannot accept returns once a bottle has been opened or the seal is broken. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Return Process

  Check Your Seal

  Ensure the hot sauce bottle is unopened and the original heat-shrink seal is fully intact to be eligible for a return.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our Heat Support team with your order number and photos of any damage or the unopened items you wish to return.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to send the sauces back to our distribution center safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we inspect the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
